At Nature United, we take great care in crafting and delivering our products. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or refund, unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
